Join our dynamic team as a proactive $Financial Controller (m/f)$, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to apply your financial controlling skills and drive cost efficiency across multiple PwC business units. This role goes beyond crunching numbers; it also involves leveraging innovative technologies and data-driven insights to make impactful decisions. You'll be part of an international team, collaborating with Budget Holders to ensure budgetary compliance and suggesting strategic corrective actions when necessary.
$Key Responsibilities:$
- $Analyze monthly results and deviations$ from the budget for selected cost centers across various KPIs.
- Communicate and $present the financial results analysis$ to the budget holders.
- Recommend and document $corrective actions$ for any existing budget deviations and collaborate with the budget holders to finalize agreements.
- $Review and assess the effectiveness$ of previously implemented corrective measures. If these measures are insufficient, propose and document necessary improvements.
- Estimate and $forecast the gross costs$ for the entire fiscal year and explain any variances from the budget.
- Prepare $year-end forecasts and propose cost targets$ for the next fiscal year.
- Allocate the $utilization targets$ for selected cost centers.
- Collaborate with the budget holders to fine-tune budgets and accurately record them in the system.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in $financial analysis, budgeting$, or a similar role.
- Strong $analytical skills$ and attention to detail.
- Strong $knowledge of accounting principles$ is required
- Excellent $communication and collaboration skills$.
- Proficiency in $financial budgeting / forecasting $and variance analysis.
- Advanced $Excel$ skills required.
- Experience with Power BI or a similar data visualization tool is an advantage.
- Experience with $SAP$ is required.
- Proficiency in $English is a must$, German language skills are an advantage.
