$Role Overview$

As a $Manager$, you will $lead due diligence projects, ensuring precise and insightful analysis$ that guides strategic business decisions. Your expertise will be pivotal in navigating complex transactions and driving growth for our clients.

$Key Responsibilities:$

- $Lead and execute due diligence processes$, evaluating financial risks, and identifying key deal drivers.
- $Mentor and coach junior team members$, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- $Collaborate with cross-functional teams$ to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- $Develop and maintain strong client relationships$ by delivering tailored solutions and strategic insights.
- $Prepare and present clear, well-documented reports and presentations$, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

- $Experiences in due diligence$ within a consulting firm or another transaction department internally within firm
- $Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills$, with the ability to handle multiple high-quality projects.
- $Excellent verbal and written communication skills$, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- $Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and native fluency in Slovak or Czech$.
