If you’re interested in $banking, operations, digitalization and technology$ — work on real operational and digital transformation projects for banks and insurance companies across the DACH region, where data, processes and technology meet and turn analysis into real improvements! 

At our $PwC Intelligence Processes Center$, you’ll work at the core of operational and digital transformation projects for leading banks, insurance companies and investment firms, primarily in Germany. You’ll be part of international project teams helping clients modernise their operations and make them more efficient, data-driven and future-ready. We help them rethink how banks, insurance companies, and investment firms operate. You’ll be part of $international projects$ where you’ll see the real impact of your work.

$What will you actually do?$

As an $Operations & Digitalization Consultant$, you will support projects focused on improving operational efficiency and driving digital transformation $in the financial sector, especially banks, insurance companies, and investment firms.$

Your day-to-day work will include:
- $Understanding and analyzing operations:$ You will analyze operational processes across back office and middle office areas in banking, insurance and investment environments, helping identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- $Supporting digitalization initiatives:$ You will contribute to projects focused on digital tools and solutions such as $business analytics, RPA and process mining$, helping clients simplify processes and increase efficiency in (e.g. payments platform, system integrations, data-driven financial processes).
- $Working with data and reporting:$ You will gather, structure and analyze data to support reporting, insights and informed decision making within transformation projects.
- $Supporting implementation and change:$ You will assist with the implementation of new tools and solutions, including testing, documentation and coordination of tasks across teams.
- $Communicating with clients and teams:$ You will work closely with consultants, internal teams and clients, with regular communication $in German$.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

$Who is this role ideal for?$
- You are fluent in $German (C1–C2 level)$ and $English (at least B2 level)$ and feel comfortable using both languages in a professional, international environment.
- You are a $recent university graduate or have up to 1 year of experience$, especially in banking, asset or wealth management, consulting, or business analysis. Exposure to areas such as $credit, securities or process analysis$ is an advantage.
- You hold a $university degree$ in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or in combined business IT fields such as Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or a related discipline.
- You have a $basic understanding of technology$ and a strong interest in how digital solutions can improve business and operational processes.
- You enjoy $analysing processes and working with data$, and you are able to structure and simplify complex topics.
- You have good $communication skills$, a proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn and develop your problem solving abilities.
