We're looking for an experienced Finance Transformation Assistant Manager to lead initiatives focused on finance process optimization, automation, digital transformation, and organizational change.

The ideal candidate combines strong finance and controlling expertise with project management capabilities, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management proficiency. A Big4 consulting or audit background is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across finance, controlling, tax, and shared services functions.

  • Analyze and revise finance processes for standardization and optimization.

  • Design operating models and guide organizational transformation projects.

  • Manage project workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee progress and risks.

  • Facilitate workshops and design discussions with business stakeholders.

  • Prepare high-quality documentation, reports, and executive summaries.

  • Drive digitalization initiatives utilizing ERP platforms, AI tools, and analytics technologies.

  • Develop business cases and transformation roadmaps for strategic decision-making.

  • Create comprehensive dashboards and analytical insights using Excel and Power BI.

  • Collaborate extensively with finance leadership, IT departments, and external partners.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance transformation, audit, tax, or consulting.

  • Experience in finance process improvement, transformation, shared services, or business process optimization projects

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects and workstreams.

  • Corporate finance, controlling, GBS/SSC, or ERP transformation experience is a strong advantage

  • Extensive experience with process documentation, mapping, and redesign.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

  • Knowledge of finance automation and AI technologies.

  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) is an advantage

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to engage effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong dedication to quality, detail, and continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous but not required.
