 Senior Anaplan Model Builder FP&A – Zurich North America Focus

Join Zurich’s Planning & Performance Management team as an Anaplan Model Builder dedicated to Zurich North America. In this role, you will work closely with the Zurich North America business, partnering with Finance, FP&A and Business Performance Management teams to support planning, forecasting and performance management processes.

At the same time, you will be part of Zurich Group’s broader Finance Transformation and global Anaplan roadmap. You will help ensure Zurich North America requirements are understood, prioritized and translated into scalable solutions that align with Group standards, governance and data structures.

While Anaplan is expected to be an important focus in the near term, the role is broader and will also contribute to planning, reporting, process improvement, finance transformation and performance management initiatives across the team’s priorities.

 As a Senior Anaplan Model Builder, your skills and experience will ideally include: 

  • Design and enhance planning, forecasting, reporting and analytics solutions, including Anaplan and complementary tools.
  • Translate Zurich North America Finance and FP&A requirements into scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned with Group standards.
  • Create dashboards, improve manual processes and support reliable data flows across platforms.
  • Partner with Finance, FP&A, Finance Transformation and IT/Data teams, explaining technical and data topics clearly to stakeholders.

The starting base salary for this position is 3000 EUR/ Gross.

As a Senior Business Performance Actuary, your skills and experience will ideally include: 

  • Strong experience with Anaplan or similar planning, reporting or analytics tools, ideally including model design.
  • Strong FP&A knowledge, including forecasting, reporting, financial KPIs, financial statements and business performance drivers.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, maintainable and scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical, Excel, data handling, communication, ownership and prioritization skills.
  • Insurance, financial services, Anaplan certification, Finance Transformation or process improvement experience is a plus.
